During Chad’s 30 years at Hertz Farm Management, he served as a professional farm manager and licensed real estate agent, advised ag technology and precision agriculture, lead technology implementation and change management efforts and advises the company’s stewardship team and environmental asset management efforts. He serves as Chief Operating Officer.
