Specific Job Duties:

  • Match, batch, code and enter expenses and income, ensuring the correct authorizations have occurred
  • Enter, post and reconcile batches of transactions
  • Maintain cash balances, reconcile bank statements and reports
  • Setup and work with electronic banking: remote deposits, and ACH activity
  • Generate and distribute accounting reports, ensuring the information provided is accurate and timely
  • Act as a liaison for internal and external communication with assigned clients, vendors, tenants, farm managers, administrative professionals, and various other parties to ensure a positive relationship and excellent client service
  • Identify, analyze, and formulate solutions to accounting issues and continually help look for ways to improve processes and systems
