17 Hertz Professionals Recognized as Part of RLI’s APEX Producers Club

March 20, 2026 (Nevada, IA) – Hertz Farm Management is proud to announce that seventeen farmland professionals have been recognized as a part of the APEX 2025 Producers Club by the REALTORS® Land Institute as a part of the RLI APEX Production Awards Program, sponsored by The Land Report. They were recognized by RLI CEO Aubrie Kobernus as well as The Land Report’s Co-founders Eddie Lee Rider Jr. and Eric O’Keefe at a special awards ceremony on Monday, March 16, during RLI’s 2026 National Land Conference (NLC26) in San Antonio, TX. This year marked the 20th Anniversary of the National Land Conference.

The Hertz Professionals recognized include Jameson Anders, Jared Augustine, Rebecca Frantz, ALC, Kyle Hansen, ALC, Rachelle Heller, ALC, Scott Henrichsen, Darrell Hylen, ALC, Ryan Kay, ALC, Chad Kies, Troy Louwagie, ALC, Chad Reifschneider, Dakota Schaumburg, Elliott Siefert, Chris Smith, ALC, Matt Vegter, ALC, Eric Wilkinson, ALC, and Jason Zabka. The REALTORS® Land Institute confers the esteemed Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation to only those individuals who have achieved the highest level of education, experience, and professionalism.

All land professionals recognized as part of the RLI APEX Producers Club are active members of RLI and have at least $5M dollars of qualifying dollar volume in closed land sales in 2025. 

The APEX Awards Program celebrated its ninth year by welcoming 299 applicants totaling a combined $9.29+ billion in qualifying transaction volume, 11,292 transaction sides, and over 2.3 million acres sold. All land professionals recognized as part of the RLI APEX Awards Program are active members of RLI.
